✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, panties, shapewear, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are damaged or incorrect.

  • Only items with manufacturing defects, size issues, or wrong deliveries will be accepted for return/exchange.

🚚 Return Process

  • Once approved, you will be guided to ship the item back to our return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund (as per your request) within 3–5 business days.


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
